1. Understand how you use the floor
We start with use: people, vehicles, equipment, cleaning and exposure. The person responsible for the property can often tell us where the real pressure points are. A short conversation about those details makes the assessment more useful.
2. Assess the concrete and agree the work
The existing base, old coatings, moisture, joints and transitions inform the preparation and system choice. The scope should make clear what is included, what needs further investigation and which decisions require your agreement.
3. Prepare, repair and apply the coating
Preparation, coating and curing need a workable sequence. We discuss access, isolation and handover with the responsible site contact. Roles should be clear even on a small project: who releases the area, who approves the finish and who keeps it protected.
4. Confirm reopening times and floor care
A finished floor needs a sensible start in service. Agree when different loads can return and how the surface should be maintained. Keep the written scope and care information for future maintenance decisions.
